Description
You will work cross-functionally to create sales enablement programs that increase consideration and engagement of salespeople and ultimately drive sales, in the B2B space. Program components include sell-in collateral, technical solutions, vendor management, process flows and communications. You will create playbooks to document program design, dynamics and execution strategy, so they can be replicated across all regions.You will define business processes to build the engagement program functionality into current systems.You will collaborate with B2B geo sales leadership and field teams to drive program adoption. You’ll work directly with existing and new vendors to tap into their expertise in engagement and peer to peer solutions and bring best-in-class solutions to market. You will be responsible for analyzing, compiling, and communicating monthly reports of B2B program execution, results, and gaps to partners and executives. You will lead the forecasting, P&L, budgeting, and financial analysis processes for B2B programs. Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience designing, building and leading enterprise focussed programs People Leadership experience Lead the Way: Be an inspiring leader in B2B staffing, training, and engagement, and stay up-to-date on the latest B2B trends. Design Programs: Create innovative programs that can be used to cover all our partner needs, from large Corporate reseller employees down to SMB sales taking place in a store. BA or BS required, (or equivalent work experience). Preferred Qualifications
Influence and Collaborate: Work with leaders across Apple and our partner companies to get on board and make sure programs are successful. Ensure Enterprise colleagues have a single point of contact into the CSP team, and collaborate across the teams to devise innovative B2B programs. Understand Sales: Know how sales strategies and processes work, especially in enterprise environment. Improve Systems: Find ways to improve our systems and tools for managing staffing and engagement. Run Programs: Plan and run events and activities to drive enthusiasm and improve customer experience. Manage Vendors: Work with vendors to bring the best solutions to our programs. Analyze Results: Track the impact of our programs and make recommendations based on data. Document and Share: Create guides for how to run programs, so they can be used in all regions. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $182,500 and $274,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
