Global Service Leader - Brand Navigator

This global service leader will establish a new stream of revenue by aligning brand strategy with client needs, ensuring commercial viability and strategic alignment with Ipsos goals. What You Can Expect To Be Doing Service Strategy and Commercial Viability Align the Service strategy with client brand questions. Market and Trend Analysis: identify opportunities for new solutions in key markets. Business Case Development: create compelling business cases, forecast revenue and investment. Service Roadmap: define and manage the roadmap to align with strategic goals. Cost and Margin Management: manage product costs to meet quality and margin targets.
Technical Development and Leadership
Oversee the development of the Brand Intelligence Platform through full lifecycle management. Provide technical guidance, support, and oversight for prototypes, testing, and documentation.
Cross?Functional Collaboration and Communication
Manage stakeholder relationships across marketing, sales, engineering, and design. Communicate complex technical concepts to non?technical stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery from suppliers and partners.
Team Leadership
Build and manage project teams for developing and reviewing the Service. Foster a collaborative environment across product, engineering, and marketing teams. Lead cross?functional teams and cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
What Success in This Role Looks Like
Commercial success of the new Service Brand Navigator and contribution to total revenue. Growth of brand market share and expansion into new markets. High?performing teams of Service managers and effective cross?functional collaboration. Strong product culture with continuous innovation and accountability.

15+ years of market research, brand management, or product innovation experience. Proven track record of launching new products or services. Deep knowledge of brand health tracking, data analytics, and market research methodology. Strong understanding of digital technologies applied to brand management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with a talent for turning insights into innovation strategies. Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
