As a key member of the National Marketing Team, the Marketing Specialist will play a vital role in the planning, execution, and management of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for creative design and delivering measurable impact and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 24 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign and program management
• Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing analytics tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with design tools like Canva, InDesign, etc.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and project management tools
• Experience leveraging project management software like Hive or Monday.com
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
