Marketing Coordinator

Cabrera Auto is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator will help the marketing department of Cabrera Auto to coordinate and carry out its initiatives. They will manage tactical and logistical aspects of advertising campaigns, community relations initiatives, promotional activities, special events, among others. They will assist the Marketing Manager in researching/hiring vendors, creating market trend reports, campaign or advertising initiative performance reports, creating mailing lists, managing budgets, and processing invoices. Responsibilities:

Must know the automotive market/boats and/or related, parts, services, accessories, and car rentals. Will track sales data, calls, prospect client registration, maintain an inventory of promotional materials, plan meetings, maintain databases, and prepare reports related to the company's marketing. Will document and monitor marketing trends and company social media accounts. Will collaborate in the implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns through the designated plan. Provide support to marketing strategies, plans, and objectives in conjunction with the Marketing Manager. Planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating the calendar of marketing activities. Will manage the published inventory listings of new and used cars, boats, services through coordination with the Marketing Manager, in the company's digital properties, such as website, classifieds, among others. Support in the development of content for social media platforms, websites, direct mail, email campaigns, and/or print media. Ensuring a consistent brand voice across all channels and editing marketing materials in compliance with local and federal laws. Will review the use of budgets comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Will work with the purchase order process (POs) and reconciliation of accounts payable/receivable in conjunction with the Marketing Manager and the Accounting Department team. Will perform other tasks related to the management of marketing initiatives and/or administrative as needed, in accordance with business goals. Will serve as a direct link between the Manager and the "Brand Ambassadors" of the respective dealerships, in terms of training, customer service, management of programs with the BDC, and customer service programs. Other business and department-related tasks may be assigned by the immediate manager. Availability to work on weekends when required.
