Job Title: Radio Frequency Test Technician Location: Glendale, AZ 85301 Duration: 11 Months+ (Possibility of extension)

Shift Hours: Standard Shift

Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities: · Execute RF coaxial connector qualification testing per customer & MIL specifications. · Interface with Design Engineering, Product Line Specialist and Applications Engineering to understand specific electrical, mechanical, and/or environmental requirements. · Develop test plans in compliance with customer requirements. · Collect, compile, and maintain data in an organized and retrievable manner. · Produce formal test qualification test reports suitable for presentation to customers. · R&D prototype test and product characterization. · Collaborate with Design and Manufacturing Engineering teams in the development of new products by preparing test plans, methods, and procedures, preparing samples, conducting tests, and compiling data. · Collaborate with Design to define Critical-to-Quality attributes and define quality plans. · Complete work in accordance with Technology team objectives and the prioritized project portfolio. · Coordinate Competitive Analysis activities and document relevant findings. · Support Quality and Technology functions with root cause analysis of customer facing quality issues · Support corrective action teams to address customer field & other MOB issues. · Troubleshoot new and existing products to assist in the resolution of manufacturing and application issues. · Conduct electrical, mechanical, and environmental tests to verify customer findings and support QIT group responses to customers. · Collaborate with other functions to address Stage 4 product or process control issues creating a line-of-sight to achieve Product Quality Architecture targets. · Project involvement: · Collaborate with and support cross-functional teams in regard to out-sourcing and transfer activities. · Provide support for the development of industry standards (e.g., SCTE, IEC, DSCC, IEEE).
