Senior Superintendent

We are looking for an experienced and well-rounded Senior Superintendent to join our team. This job will require travel between multiple jobsites located throughout the Upstate. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation Allocate resources for assigned projects Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Will include onsite supervision of construction projects, scheduling, daily reporting to company and clients. This position requires individual judgment and decision making within the guidelines of the company.
