Marketing Specialist, Personal Workspace
The Marketing Specialist will support the Logitech Personal Workspace (PWS) business in Korea by localizing global campaigns and developing branding and marketing activities tailored to the Korean market. This role will also manage digital and social content execution, influencer collaborations, and support retail activation across offline channels.
This position values creativity, awareness of digital marketing trends, and hands-on content creation skills. Early-career candidates (05 years) are welcome, and personal creator or content production experience is a strong plus.
Your contribution will include:
- Campaign & Creative Localization
- Adapt global brand narratives and visual guidelines to the Korean consumer context.
- Lead the creation of local marketing assets (e.g., key visuals, banners, social content, PDP assets).
- Work closely with creative and production agencies to deliver consistent, high-quality output.
- Digital, Social & Influencer Execution
- Deploy content across owned social channels, influencer collaborations, retail PDPs, and paid media placements.
- Coordinate influencer and creator partnerships for product awareness and launch amplification.
- Adapt global assets into platform-optimized formats, or create new localized content when needed.
- Recommend new content directions based on current social and digital cultural trends.
- Local Promotional Campaign Support
- Plan and execute Korea-specific promotional campaigns, seasonal activities, or collaboration projects.
- Create and adapt promotional messaging, call-to-action assets, and localized campaign copy.
- Coordinate agency briefs, production timelines, and campaign rollout schedules.
- Retail Activation
- Support the creation and deployment of in-store POP, displays, demo setups, and signage.
- Work with Sales teams to ensure channel execution for launches and promotions.
- Conduct periodic checks to ensure brand consistency across retail environments.
- Marketing Operations
- Manage POs, vendor coordination, and internal documentation to ensure smooth execution.
Key responsibilities include localizing and producing creative assets for product launches, promotional activities, and brand campaigns; managing digital and social content execution including influencer content delivery; supporting launch and promotional activation across retail channels; and maintaining clear timelines, documentation, and alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
We're looking for candidates with 05 years of experience in digital marketing, content production, influencer marketing, or retail execution; a strong creative sensibility and understanding of digital content trends & offline executions; the ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners; fluent Korean writing and communication; business English is a plus; personal creator or hands-on content making experience is highly valued; and interest in consumer tech, lifestyle, or design is preferred.
