Quality Assurance Engineer (Web & Mobile) with us Infilon Technologies is a prominent software development company located in Ahmedabad, hiring a QA Engineer for one of its clients, TenForce. TenForce is an expert in EHSQ and Operational Risk Management software, based in Belgium and part of Elisa IndustrIQ, helping global enterprises achieve intelligent manufacturing. Job Location Adehansabad, Gujarat (Work from Office) Responsibilities Web & Mobile testing across functional, regression, usability, and compatibility scenarios. Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases and test plans. Build automation scripts for regression and end‑to‑end (UI & API) flows. Ensure new functionalities behave as expected, are logically sound, and user‑friendly. Register and document all issues in the internal tracking system. Communicate key findings directly to relevant teams for improvements. Create reusable test designs that can be automated. Take ownership of testing activities and provide the final go‑ahead for quality delivery. Drive continuous improvement in software testing by enhancing quality, effectiveness, and efficiency. Qualifications You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree and have at least 3 years of experience in software testing within a cloud environment. You have a proven track record in modern QA practices, including end‑to‑end automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery processes. You have experience writing test scripts and automating test designs in collaboration with the development team. You are proactive, strong‑minded, a quick thinker, and assertive. You remain calm and clear‑headed under pressure. We’re Looking For A QA engineer who enjoys collaborating with fellow testers, software developers, analysts, and project managers. Someone who is accurate and result‑oriented while keeping the customer in mind. You actively participate in the QA process and are hands‑on. You collaborate with development and release teams to help build a robust CI/CD pipeline for releases. You learn new software quickly and enjoy teaching others. Your sharp eye for detail does not distract you from the big picture, and your sound judgement guides you when assessing workloads and feasibility, setting priorities, or weighing the impact of bugs.
