Our client is looking to hire an Integrated Producer for their in-house creative agency. The ideal candidate will be an expert in overseeing the print process from initial planning to final delivery. You should be comfortable acting as the liaison between internal teams (creative design, account management) and external vendors. You will partner closely with department heads to oversee production workflow, including proofing, press checks, and final printing. Additionally, you will oversee font licensing and collaborate with design groups and illustration companies to produce new work for the brand identity. ***NOTE: This role is hybrid, requiring onsite presence in Playa Vista 3 days a week, with 2 days remote.*** Qualifications: Proven experience in print production, illustration, branding, and design. About our client's Marketing team: The Marketing team is a dynamic, multidimensional organization dedicated to redefining how the world shops through impactful creative and fast-paced innovation—grounded in customer insights and brand strategy. We orchestrate marketing campaigns and experiences that reach millions of daily shoppers across digital and physical spaces, working with internal teams and external agencies. Responsibilities: Manage print projects from initiation to completion with support from the producer team and oversight by a senior managing producer. Coordinate with creative and production designers on layouts and imagery integration. Oversee post-production/retouching of final imagery. Review and approve proofs for accuracy and consistency. Oversee final printing and conduct press checks to ensure quality. Manage font licensing and art buying needs. Handle illustration requests and external agency collaborations, ensuring proper licensing. Develop and manage production budgets, ensuring projects stay within financial constraints. Negotiate and manage production timelines and costs. Identify bottlenecks, escalate issues, and maintain a positive attitude. Work with legal and business teams to secure rights and clear work for distribution. Build production schedules and coordinate with project and account managers. Organize internal processes and document workflows. Communicate project status regularly with stakeholders. Maintain detailed records of processes, timelines, and costs. Generate performance reports and recommend improvements. Basic Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in print work. Online portfolio demonstrating print and/or catalog solutions. Experience working collaboratively with creative, account, and project teams. Knowledge of the print production lifecycle from layout to mail. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Creative problem-solving skills and proactive approach. Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in marketing/creative agencies or in-house roles.
