Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is looking for a creative and driven Landscape Designer or Landscape Architect to join our team in Laurel, Maryland . If you have 1 to 8 years of experience and a passion for transforming ideas into vibrant, functional landscapes, this is your opportunity to grow with a collaborative, multidisciplinary firm. In this role, you’ll work alongside engineers, planners, and architects to help design innovative outdoor environments for residential, commercial, and mixed‑use developments. From the earliest concept through construction documents, you’ll be part of a team shaping impactful spaces that connect people with the built environment.
