About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for those with strong English language and organizational skills. In this role, you will support Teza’s investor relations and business development team in growing the firm’s asset management business and serving its existing investor base. Location New York City, NY (Hybrid mode with 3 days in-office requirement) Key Responsibilities Support Investor Relations, Accounting, and fund administrator teams in the production and publication of regular investor reporting Work closely with the business development team in all aspects of client retention and fundraising Serve as the primary contact for different internal teams at Teza: investment, operations, legal and compliance Upkeep of the firm’s CRM system, performance databases and other team collateral Walk investors through the subscription process, ensuring that their questions are answered in a timely and complete manner, via both phone and email. Collaborate with fund administrators to ensure that all investor documentation (e.g. subscription agreements, relevant AML/KYC documents) – and wire transfers are received on time.
