Customer Service Representative (Csr)
Adecco is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and manage the preparation, review, and documentation of all solicitations, proposals, and contracts. The CSR ensures compliance with corporate policies, divisional procedures, and customer requirements while maintaining professional relationships across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, quotes, deliveries, product returns, and quality concerns. Review contracts, customer purchase orders, and quotes to ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies. Maintain and distribute contractual documents, ensuring alignment with internal and customer retention requirements. Input and manage sales orders, RFQs, pricing, and other data in the ERP system accurately. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to support account setup, shipments, expedites, and continuous improvement initiatives. Process credits, debits, and returns following division guidelines. Share relevant business opportunities and updates with the Sales Team. Support export compliance and account receivable initiatives as needed. Perform other projects or responsibilities as assigned while adhering to the Barnes Group Code of Business Ethics and Conduct. Qualifications: 2+ years of Customer Support or Inside Sales experience Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written). Knowledge of contract management, customer service, and ERP systems. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to compliance and process improvement.
