What You'll Enjoy $80K$100K base salary + lucrative commissions Remote flexibility Supported by industry leading TMS and CRM systems. 24-hour customer care and automated load tracking Agile, sales friendly POD structure What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers, managing the full sales cycle from prospect to close Continuously build a healthy pipeline to ensure growth Manage accounts and set them up for success Negotiate rates and manage contracts with customers and carriers Coordinate shipments Hit necessary KPIs established by leadership What We're Looking For "Driven, experienced, and relationship-focused" 25+ years of cradle to grave freight brokerage experience No non-compete $300k/month+ revenue - $30k/month+ gross margin Proven sales and relationship-building success Strong communication and negotiation skills Exceeds sales targets Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation Ability to manage customer and carrier relationships Proven results
