Entry-Level Support Specialist
This is a short term contract expected to only last 4-6 weeks. However, it could go longer! We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Support Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. This role will primarily focus on converting requisitions into purchase orders (POs) and providing administrative support to ensure smooth procurement operations. Skills: Data entry Inventory control PDF files Additional Skills & Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic understanding of procurement or purchasing processes is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to learn new systems quickly. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Job Type & Location: This is a contract position based out of Brentwood, TN. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
