Sparks Group is currently accepting resumes for a Customer Service Rep for a 6-month contract role with the potential to be hired. This role supports a customer-facing team by delivering prompt, professional service to assigned clients while also handling essential back-end administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. While the role is remote during the contract period, once hired the employee will be required to work a hybrid schedule so you must be able to commute to an office, either in Clayton MO or Dallas TX. Key Responsibilities
Assist customer-facing team members in delivering timely, professional customer service
Support back-end operational tasks, including: Invoicing
Sending data requests
Client follow-ups
Proactively manage and track the order process from initiation through completion
Ensure accuracy, organization, and responsiveness across all assigned tasks
Apply product and service knowledge to support client needs effectively
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of B2B client or customer service experience (highly preferred)
Ability to quickly absorb product knowledge and apply information to client scenarios
Strong analytical, organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team
