Steel Polisher Responsibilities: Perform grinding, polishing and buffing of stainless steel parts with complex recesses, radii and contours to meet pharmaceutical industry standard Operate and maintain polishing tools and equipment, ensuring safety and precision Select appropriate methods, abrasives and dressing tools for each job Inspect finished parts for surface finish quality, consistency and specification adherence Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and maintain workflow efficiency Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment Perform electropolishing tasks as needed to enhance surface quality and meet customer requirements Other Experience and Qualifications: Proven experience in grinding, polishing and buffing stainless steel parts Electropolishing/electroplating experience highly preferred Strong attention to detail Familiarity with safety standard and proper handling of polishing equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and technical specifications Effective communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies Ability to lift and carry parts up to 50lbs Application Instructions: E-Mail a Rsum: janesvilleresumes@qpsemployment.com
