Daily Responsibilities: Accurately pick, wrap, pack, and ship customer orders Manage inventory, including packaging supplies and labels Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Prioritize tasks to meet daily deadlines while ensuring quality and accuracy Assist in process improvement and problem-solving for smooth operations Qualifications & Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of experience using Google Docs and Google Sheets 1 year of online order fulfillment experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Cheerful, dependable, and able to work collaboratively in a drama-free environment Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to lift 3040 pounds and stand for extended periods Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to anticipate needs and think 23 steps ahead Physical & Work Environment: On your feet for most of the day Able to lift and move packages up to 40 pounds Fast-paced environment with seasonal fluctuations in order volume If you love being behind the scenes, thrive on creating order out of chaos, and take pride in delivering perfectly prepared packages, this is the role for you.
