Assembly Position

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking an assembly to join their team. As an assembly, you will be part of the production department supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow instructions, which will align successfully in the organization. What's the job? Perform a variety of assembly tasks on electronic and mechanical cable assemblies and electrical sub-assemblies. Utilize written instructions, drawings, sketches, and wiring diagrams during production. Apply knowledge of cable/wire termination and crimping specifications using semi-automatic and manual tools. Use hand and power tools to complete assembly processes efficiently. Ensure quality standards are met while maintaining productivity and safety protocols. What's needed? Proficiency in verbal and written communication. Ability to read and interpret work instructions, drawings, sketches, and wiring diagrams accurately. Proficient in reading a tape measure to 1/8 of an inch. Effective performance in a manufacturing environment, meeting productivity standards and deadlines.
