We are looking for a reliable and skilled Assembly Operator to join our team.
This role involves performing assembly operations for water treatment products, working with small to medium-sized parts that require precise adjustments, fitting, and alignment to close tolerances.
Responsibilities: Perform pre-assembly, sub-assembly, final assembly, testing, and packing of water treatment products. Use hand tools, fixtures, and equipment such as drills, ultrasonic welders, and fusion bonders. Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure products meet production goals and quality specifications. Manage inventory and maintain a clean and safe workspace. Pack components for customer orders. Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and maneuver 65 pounds with equipment. Occasional overhead lifting. Strong attention to detail and precision in assembly tasks. Ability to work with hand tools and assembly fixtures safely and efficiently. Ability to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.
