Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to support our team. This contract role is critical for maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity across systems. Ideal candidates are organized, tech-savvy, and able to work with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy. Review source documents for completeness and correctness before inputting data. Verify and cross-check data entries to ensure consistency and eliminate errors. Organize and file electronic and paper records for easy retrieval. Generate basic reports and summaries from data as requested. Assist with data cleanup and migration projects when needed. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data security protocols. Communicate with internal teams to clarify missing or unclear information. Meet productivity and accuracy targets set for the contract period. Support administrative tasks related to data management as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. Previous experience in data entry or administrative support strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools. Ability to type quickly and accurately. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
