6:30 PM 12:00 PM

Assist customers and business partners via phone and email Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy Diagnose, assess, and resolve service issues Monitor delivery routes and shipment progress Scan haul-away pods and verify required stamps Process delivery changes and cancellations Support daily team monitoring and operational coordination What You'll Need
Minimum Qualifications: Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project) Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of customer service or call center experience Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills Comfortable working under pressure while delivering effective solutions Pay Details: $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
