About The Role
Responsible for reconciling list bill and/or direct bill payments and assists with resolving billing issues. Key accountabilities include: Reconciling multiple client or policy premium payments. Researching and resolving variety of billing issues and suspense discrepancies. Entering high volume of billing updates into the appropriate system. Analyzing and responding to variety of billing inquiries and requests from internal and external customers. May assist with training new members. Minimum requirements include: High school diploma or GED with 2
4 years of related experience. The compensation range for this role is $20.17 - $33.63 per year based on the corporate location in Lake Forest, Illinois. The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus.
