CACI has an immediate opening for an administrative assistant providing support/services to United Stated Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) N02F under the Naval Forces Logistics (NFL) contract at Naval Station Norfolk. Responsibilities: Create/maintain directorate documentation Maintain enterprise task management system (ETMS) tasks and ensure timely responses Arrange appointments, meetings, and prepare meeting spaces for use Prepare and format presentations Duplicate, collate, roll, and bind or fasten documents and drawings for distribution Scan documents, and correct scanned documents for modification and reuse Prepare and distribute reports and compile data Qualifications: Required:

Secret clearance, high school degree, competency with office automation software (Microsoft Office), multimedia program and equipment (PC, printer, copies, scanner), excellent command of English language (grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.) Desired:

The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI's government contract for the work location. Minimum required hourly wage: $20.79. There are a host of other factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographical location, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
