This role involves assembling headlamp components in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and safety standards. The worldwide leader in advanced LED lighting systems for commercial trucks, buses, and trailers. Assembly Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 15.00 / hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Monday through Friday) Assemble headlamp units using small parts and hand tools Operate tape machines and sonic welding equipment Use wire cutters and hand tools to prepare components Solder wires to circuit boards with precision and accuracy Perform repetitive assembly tasks while meeting production goals Assembly Qualifications: Ability to work with small parts requiring good hand-eye coordination and dexterity Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Experience with soldering and electronic components a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Must be available to work 1 Saturday a month if needed.
