CNC Programmer And Machinist
We're looking for an experienced CNC Programmer and Machinist to join our team and take ownership of complex setups, precision machining, and high-quality production. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and enjoy solving technical challenges, this role will give you plenty of room to shine. Key Responsibilities
Set up custom parts, fixtures, and tools for job-specific applications Select, align, and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and materials on mills, lathes, jig borers, grinders, and shapers Program and adjust machining controls to regulate speed, feed, coolant flow, depth of cut, and other machining factors Retrieve, input, and edit CNC machine control data to ensure accurate and efficient operation Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of CNC mill setup experience in a production or job-shop environment Expert ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings Strong understanding of tolerances, sequencing, and machining best practices Proficiency with manuals, specifications, and sample parts to determine machining requirements Experience Level
Expert-level machinist and programmer with a proven track record of precision and reliability Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilsonville, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
