This Sales Administrator role supports sales, accounting, and purchasing functions by ensuring accurate documentation, efficient order processing, and timely invoicing activities. This position plays a key role in maintaining data integrity across SAP and accounting systems while supporting internal teams, customers, and mills. The role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys process improvement, and is comfortable balancing administrative, analytical, and customer-support responsibilities. Sales Admin Details: Contract position $ 22.50 / hour First Shift (Monday through Friday) Maintain organized filing systems by archiving invoices and trial documentation in accordance with department procedures Analyze daily operational activities to identify and recommend efficiency improvements Control and maintain accounting inventory, including: Inputting NOM EDI coil receipts Tracking daily coil transformations Reconciling inventory for month-end close Process material claims by ensuring accurate and timely handling of customer claims and mill rejections Prepare and issue customer invoices by creating monthly sales and purchase orders, validating profit margins, and providing complete supporting documentation Support inside sales activities by expediting customer orders, entering requirements into SAP, and coordinating communication with mills, customers, and processing centers Assist Buyer activities, including material expediting, customer communication, and special projects as needed Sales Admin Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in sales administration, accounting support, inventory control, or a related administrative role Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) for order entry, invoicing, or inventory tracking Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records across invoices, claims, and inventory data Demonstrated ability to support cross-functional teams, including Sales, Accounting, and Purchasing Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data tracking and reconciliation Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, deadline-driven environment Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, customers, and external partners We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
