We are looking for an Insurance Customer Service Rep who is passionate about helping clients, solving problems, and driving results. This is a hybrid role combining customer service with new business development, ideal for someone who enjoys both building relationships and closing sales.
Base Salary of $35,000-$45,000 (depending on experience) plus commissions with first-year earnings between $45,000 and $65,000

Deliver outstanding customer service through prompt, thoughtful communication
Conduct client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend solutions
Prospect and follow up on new business opportunities
Quote and sell policies across personal lines
Assist clients with policy changes, questions, and coverage updates
Requirements
Active Property and Casualty insurance license or must be willing to obtain one
Prior experience in insurance service or sales
Strong customer service skills with a solution-oriented mindset
Proven ability to prospect, present, and close new business
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, email, and other digital tools
