We are a fast expanding marketing firm based in the Nashville area. We are looking for a candidate with a mix of skills for an exciting opportunity that combines Customer Service, Client Relations and Brand Representation.
Individuals with experience in the Retail and Hospitality industry have a high success rate in this role.

Responsibilities
Represent the professional face of our clients
Handle existing business and personal accounts on a one‑on‑one basis to increase customer retention and satisfaction
Act as the point of contact for our clients
Provide an outstanding level of customer service on behalf of our clients and company
Advise existing customers in their needs and enquiries, ensuring their questions are answered appropriately
Experience Required
Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience (full training provided for the right candidate)
Experience in a customer‑facing role will be advantageous (customer service, hospitality, brand promotion, etc.)
Excellent communication skills
Professionalism
Personal Skills Required
Thrives working in a fast‑paced, vibrant environment
Fast learner who can retain information
Confident, outgoing and approachable
Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
Strong customer service skills while being assertive and polite
Compensation Annual salary 35K‑50K.
