About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Paralegal to support our Legal team in entity management, lease administration, and transactional support.

What You’ll Do

Support entity formation, dissolution, and ongoing maintenance of corporate entities.

Track and monitor key lease dates, update internal trackers, review commencement certificates, and assist with lease compliance.

Coordinate the collection and maintenance of certificates of insurance and letters of credit.

Assist with preparation, review, and execution of legal documents and contracts.

Review and prepare legal invoices, manage incoming legal mail for proper distribution.

Maintain organized legal files, databases, and shared drives.

Provide support on ad‑hoc legal or cross‑departmental projects.

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement best practices.

What You’ll Need

3–4 years of relevant paralegal or legal assistant experience.

Familiarity with Google's G‑Suite or willingness to learn.

Exceptional accuracy and consistency in document preparation and record‑keeping.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Advanced organizational and time‑management skills.

Experience in commercial real estate strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits The annual base compensation ranges from $85,000 to $100,000, with a 10% annual bonus and participation in a long‑term incentive program.
