Responsibilities

Support residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, meals, feeding assistance, ambulating, transferring, turning, positioning, and toileting

Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident living spaces—including tidying rooms, changing linens, and assisting with personal items

Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly to ensure clear and consistent communication

Follow all CBRF regulations, as well as state, federal, and facility policies and procedures

Observe and report any notable changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or behavioral condition

Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises per individualized care plans

Engage residents in interactive activities that encourage independence, connection, and well‑being

Respond quickly and kindly to resident requests and call lights

Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and the care team to deliver holistic, person‑centered care

Perform additional duties as assigned to support smooth daily operations

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Active CBRF Certification (required)

CNA a plus!

Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

Basic computer skills for charting and communication

Previous caregiving or long‑term care experience preferred — but not required! We value dedication and heart above all.
