Job Summary Our Truck Service Advisor (TSA) supports a team of 3,000 technicians across 280 locations. The TSA writes work orders, performs suggestive selling, handles OTC transactions, and ensures customers leave better than they arrived.

In this role, you can expect to:

Work in a fun, trusting environment where customer expectations are exceeded.

Use your extensive knowledge of our products and services.

Employ strong suggestive selling skills to generate revenue while maintaining integrity.

Write, detail, and process work orders and OTC transactions; write ETAs and secure purchase orders.

Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.

Prepare end‑of‑shift drop and shift reports; handle various payment types.

Maintain cleanliness of service counters, showroom, and restrooms.

Ensure safety for customers and team members.

We’d like to see:

A dedicated individual who works well with others.

High School Diploma or GED.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Previous cashier and customer service experience (repair or parts shop preferred).

Professional presentation to customers, supervisors, and coworkers.

Strong suggestive selling skills.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and some holidays.

A valid driver’s license.

Typical Physical Demands The position requires regular talking and hearing. Standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, bending, crouching, crawling and climbing are common. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs is occasionally required. Vision needs include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception and focusing capability. Reasonable accommodation is available.

Work Environment Exposure to outdoor elements in all seasons and indoor elements such as fumes, particles, moving mechanical parts, vibration and noise. Also potential contact with dirt, dust, grease, oil, gas and high‑concentrated cleaning solutions.
