Motivate, mentor, and develop a culinary team of Sushi Chefs. Manage overall culinary standards in a high-volume scratch kitchen. We’re Looking For
Experienced high-volume sushi chef. Passionate about creating innovative hospitality experiences. Practiced in delivering constructive feedback. Enthusiastic in celebrating team successes. Strong work ethic and ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure, close proximity environment. Basic Qualifications
Effective communication with guests and employees. Safety compliance and can detect safety issues. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform restocking duties. Stand and walk for extended periods. Maintain neat, organized workspace and proper storage. Work in variety of temperatures and close proximity to coworkers. Tolerate potential allergens and food odors.
