Position Overview
Auto Body Detailer / Shop Help at West CARSTAR Auto Body
Responsibilities
Pre-washing vehicles upon drop off
Cleaning the inside of vehicles
Final washing prior to delivering the customer vehicle
Maintaining the office, bathrooms, shop, and shop lot cleanliness (emptying trash, sweeping floors, etc.)
Assisting technicians when needed
Handling parts, dropping vehicles off at local sublet vendors, occasionally running customers home, and other random duties
Schedule / Hours Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Required Skills & Experience
Prior knowledge of or experience in a collision repair center or other automotive experience (preferred)
Reliable work history, attendance and punctuality
Strong attention to detail
Ability to receive direction and work well with others
Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, squat and pull
Ability to perform repetitive motions
Must have a valid driver's license
