Compensation
Base pay starting at $12/hr for skilled hair stylists with flexible schedules
With tips and bonuses, stylists typically average $18-$30/hr

Tennessee‑licensed cosmetologists and barbers
Team players who enjoy going above and beyond for their customers
Men's hair cutting experience in a salon is preferred
