seeks a dedicated Field Merchandiser. In this role you will work independently to showcase organization and time‑management skills while being the face of Hallmark in local retail stores.

Job Overview You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels and support seasonal resets and installations. You may also work with other products from other companies in the stores you service.

Salary and Schedule Details

Starting pay: $13.50–$14.00 per hour, dependent on experience.

Eligible for annual pay increases.

Part‑time position with a variable schedule.

Average weekly hours: 10–16.

Availability during the week before and after major holidays, including weekends, is required.

Your Role and Responsibilities Will Include

Day‑to‑day engagement: Use a mobile device provided by Hallmark to restock, organize and monitor inventory across the Hallmark department and beyond. Communicate with supervisor, report time, give feedback and complete required surveys. Maintain professional, courteous interaction with store employees, management and customers.

Holiday support: Work additional days and extended hours around major holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. On some holidays you may be required to work on the holiday itself.

Department resets: Participate in installations and other tasks such as building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments and products, and resetting card sections. Notice usually provided two weeks in advance; assignments may require evenings or weekends.

Team collaboration: Support other merchandisers in the network as needed within your territory.

Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding job that requires a high level of energy and urgency. Work will be performed on the sales floor as well as in back stockrooms. You must consistently push, pull, lift and carry cartons, merchandise and display fixtures up to 30 lbs throughout the workday and up to 50 lbs on occasion. Kneeling, squatting, walking, standing and climbing stairs or step ladders will also be required.

Basic Qualifications

At least 18 years of age.

Ability to read, write and understand English.

Capable of grasping, pulling, lifting and carrying products up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.

Proficient at operating a digital handheld device to open/read documents and interpret information.

Has Wi‑Fi and internet access.

Has reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned stores on schedule.
