This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in personal injury law who enjoys client interaction and detail-oriented work.
What You'll Do:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, keeping them updated on their cases
Collect and organize damage and medical documentation
Draft settlement proposals, calculations, and agreements for attorney review
Ensure timely progression of cases
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and file maintenance
What We're Looking For:
At least 2 years of experience as a paralegal working on personal injury cases
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal)
Comfortable in handling 50-60+ active cases
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
