About the Role This is a customer service and sales-focused position where you'll play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their relaxation, wellness, and self-care goals. As the first and last impression of our spa, you are a key part of delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish.
What You'll Do:
Provide warm, welcoming, and professional customer service to all members and guests
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with front desk operations
Educate clients on the benefits of massage and facial services
Promote our wellness membership program, service upgrades, and gift card sales
Keep the spa environment clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Bring a positive, energetic attitude to the team
Collaborate with team members to create a smooth, supportive spa environment
Help make fun, spa-themed TikToks and social media content
What We’re Looking For:
A passion for health, wellness, and helping people feel their best
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
A team player with a professional appearance and demeanor
Someone who’s upbeat, reliable, and ready to learn
Job Requirements:
Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle complex situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest.
Job Type Part-time
Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
