Job Overview We are actively hiring
property preservation crews
and
REO field service vendors
to complete work orders on residential properties. This role is ideal for contractors experienced in
trash-outs ,
grass cuts ,
winterization ,
lock changes ,
debris removal , and other
property maintenance
services.

Key Responsibilities Complete
property preservation work orders
with photo documentation
Perform
trash out / debris removal
Handle
lock changes ,
rekeying , and
boarding
Provide
lawn maintenance
(grass cuts, edging, tree trimming)
Conduct
winterization
and plumbing repairs
General
handyman repairs : drywall, painting, roofing patches, door/window fixes
Conduct
property inspections
and
occupancy checks
Identify and report
hazards , code violations, and damages
Submit work via mobile apps such as PPW, Pruvan, EZ Inspections
Requirements
Experience in
property preservation ,
REO field services , or
property maintenance
Reliable transportation (truck/trailer preferred)
Tools and equipment for field work (lawn equipment, hand tools, generator, compressors)
Smartphone/tablet for photo documentation
Ability to follow client guidelines including HUD, FHA, and investor requirements
Strong communication and time management skills
Must carry or be willing to obtain General Liability Insurance
Preferred Experience (Not Required but a Plus)
Familiarity with
national property preservation pricing
Knowledge of
HUD guidelines
Experience with
mortgage field services
platforms
