ServiceMaster Cleaning and Restoration by Roome is looking for experienced and entry level restoration team members.
We provide emergency restoration and disaster recovery services to customers following catastrophes in their homes and businesses. Helping people get through very trying times. Customer service and teamwork are priorities in our business. We provide a competitive wage base, benefits and training.
Responsibilities
Perform water, fire, smoke damage, and mold remediation.
Set up and monitor drying and/or odor neutralization equipment.
Work as a team member to streamline the mitigation process.
Job Requirements
Ability to be available for our 24‑hour rotating on‑call schedule.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Can read and follow product label usage instructions.
Reports to work on time in a clean, complete uniform, and a positive attitude.
Move up to 70 pounds often by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Lifting, squatting, crawling, and crouching are required.
Work with phone applications to document progress of mitigation jobs to include notes, pictures, contents tracking and drying logs.
For safety reasons, respirators used in certain situations must be able to seal to your face.
Able to work inside or outside during all weather conditions.
For insurance reasons applicants must be over 18 years of age, have a clean driving record, be able to pass a drug screening, and clear a background check.
Schedule
M‑F 8am – 4:30pm, 40+ hrs/week
On‑call rotation
