We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at our restaurant located in Fountain Square, Indianapolis. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a timely manner, following recipes and presentation specifications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables and cutting meat Cook food according to recipes and presentation standards Ensure all food is cooked and served at the correct temperature Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies Requirements:
Proven experience as a Line Cook Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills
