Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities Training Overview (Training Pay: $13.75 per hour)
All candidates will complete:
Two weeks of hands‑on training focused on dealer fundamentals
Audition required at the end of Week 2 to qualify for casino floor placement
Opportunities Available During Event:
Part‑Time Dealer Path:
Attend
two weeks of Dealer School
Pass audition to be released to the casino floor
Begin dealing shifts as a
Part‑Time Dealer
As a
Dealer School Candidate , you will take part in a structured training program designed to teach you the skills needed to become a successful Table Games Dealer. During dealer school, you will:
Learn the rules, procedures, and variations of Blackjack and other table games.
Develop skills in handling cards, chips, and cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Understand game security and how to protect company assets while ensuring fair play.
Practice delivering excellent guest service by engaging with players in a courteous and professional manner.
Gain knowledge of company policies, departmental procedures, and state gaming regulations.
This program is designed to prepare you for success as a Table Games Dealer, providing hands‑on training, guidance, and support every step of the way.
Requirements
You must be
21 or older
and eligible for a valid gaming license.
Willingness to work a
flexible schedule
– nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
Excited to
learn at Dealer School
where you’ll be trained on table games, policies, and procedures.
Comfortable with numbers and able to pass a
basic math test
during the interview.
Strong
communication skills
– fluent in English, both spoken and written.
A passion for
great customer service
and building positive guest experiences.
High energy with a
team‑player mindset
and the ability to handle challenges professionally.
Organized, detail‑oriented, and accurate when handling chips, cash, and calculations.
