Overview

Nine people drown in the United States every day, and over 70% of those nine are children under the age of 14. As a Learn To Swim Instructor, you will become a part of the cure, and help us prevent death by stopping accidental drowning. As a Learn To Swim Instructor with CELTS Swim School, a division of CELTS Aquatics Group, you would be responsible for providing an adaptive swim lesson program for children and young adults with special needs. The work is a combination of swim skill development, sensory processing development / sensory play, and helping to facilitate focus. This is a part-time role ideal for experienced swimmers with some teaching experience looking to supplement income, or an experienced swim instructor looking to grow their skill set to the special needs population. Also ideal for candidates with special ed experience, who are strong swimmers. Provide an adaptive swim lesson program for children and young adults with special needs. The work includes swim skill development, sensory processing development / sensory play, and helping to facilitate focus. Qualifications

Must be 16 years of age or older and have the ability to swim 50 yards. Bilingual a plus Communication - Ability to provide concise communications confidently and clearly with others to convey information effectively. Quality Productivity Customer Focus Pay and Hours

Earn between $15.35-17.00 per hour depending on qualifications; 8-12 hours per week with availability to work Evenings & Weekends. ADA Statement
