We’re looking for reliable and dedicated cleaners to provide high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services across East Texas. Responsibilities
Clean residential homes and commercial properties to company standards.
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
Maintain and organize cleaning equipment and supplies.
Ensure cleaning services meet client satisfaction.
Handle special cleaning requests (deep cleans, move‑in/move‑out, etc.) when required.
Communicate with clients about any special cleaning needs or requests.
Qualifications
Previous cleaning experience (residential or commercial) preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites in East Texas.
Ability to pass a background check.
Good communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with commercial cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaners, buffers, etc.).
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel between job sites.
What We Offer
Hourly rate: $14 - $18 per hour, depending on experience.
