Perform
MIG, TIG, or Stick welding
on various metal components Read and interpret
blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Set up welding machines and select proper settings for different metals Inspect welds for
quality, strength, and accuracy Work with
steel, aluminum, and other metals
as required Maintain a
safe and clean
work environment Follow
OSHA and company safety standards Requirements
1+ years of welding experience
(preferred) Ability to
read blueprints and schematics Experience with
grinders, torches, and fabrication tools Comfortable with
standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs Welding certification
(preferred but not required) Reliable transportation to Grand Rapids Benefits
