As a Collision Body Technician, you’ll perform vehicle repairs as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Your attention to detail makes you a valuable asset to the team as you ensure repairs are completed on time and deliver top‑notch work to delight our customers.

What We’re Looking For
Valid driver’s license
A passion for cars and customer service
Daily Responsibilities
Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
Communicate with Estimators and Parts Associates to obtain necessary parts.
Assess vehicle condition to determine if additional safety or repair work is needed.
Perform all body repairs according to estimate.
Perform welding, soldering, body alignment, and frame/unibody repairs.
Operate all equipment in the Collision Center safely and productively, following safety standards.
Inspect all work performed as a Quality Control measure as soon as jobs are completed.
Mix chemicals according to manufacturer directions/specifications.
Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations affecting Collision Center operations, such as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA guidelines.
Gain superior product knowledge to provide high‑quality repairs.
Maintain a valid in‑state driver’s license and a safe driving record.
Requirements
At least two years of automotive experience.
ICAR certification (preferred) or interest to become certified.
OEM certification (preferred) or interest to become certified.
Ability to operate an automobile.
