Job Position Description Cleaning Specialist will clean residential and commercial properties, deep cleaning, post construction cleaning, and contents cleaning. Will also efficiently and professionally clean contents, pack contents and move boxes.
Perform all cleaning duties for commercial and residential property, sweep, vacuum, polish, mop
Clean contents to pre-loss condition following set procedures
Maintain inventory of supplies
Use proper PPE where required
Load vehicle with packing materials, prepare boxes, securely wrap and pack contents with care
Photograph and inventory contents being packed, and record unsalvageable contents
Assist in moving boxes, furniture and household items for transportation
Physical Demands and Qualifications
Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs
Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
1-2 years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper a plus but not required
Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn
The ability to be flexible and work at a consistent pace in a multi-tasked job is a must
Contribute to a positive work climate with a professional attitude
Contribute to the overall team effort including being dependable and on time
Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
Must have transportation
Must pass background check
