We are searching for a Car Wash Crew Member to add to our team. In this position, it will be your job to perform a variety of cleaning services to the interiors and exteriors of our customers vehicles. Your duties will include locating vehicles, washing cars, working with service advisors and updating workflow. In addition, you will also be tasked with vacuuming, shop waste removal, and shop maintenance. To do well in this position, you will need to be physically capable of performing manual labor while standing for the majority of your shifts. You should also have excellent customer service skills and the ability to do quality work with minimal supervision. We are in search of candidates who have previous experience with basic cleaning of vehicles. But were happy to take a look at your resume even if you don't. Responsibilities Daily Tasks:
Check the ACF Service Wash Daily Log(Google Drive) several times throughout the day for any changes that may occur.
Update other team members of tasks needing complete so that times lines can be met as much as possible
Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests
Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles.
Primary role is to perform Service washes throughout the day.
Shop maintenance scrap metal runs, trash, scrap tires, run Bulldogg floor scrubber in detail bay and center of shop bays.
Work with fellow team members to keep the site clean and organized
Become a subject matter expert on wash methods, safety, inspection, and maintenance, and apply that knowledge daily
All our crew members need to meet the following requirements:
A sociable personality with a desire to work as part of a team serving the public
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
Reliable transportation to and from the dealership
Proof of being at least 18 years old
Drug Screen, Background Check, and clean Motor Vehicle Record Required.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience with cars is preferred
Willingness to work a variety of shifts based on staffing needs
Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Willingness to comply with all company procedures and policies
Ability to use a variety of car cleaning products and tools.
Clean driving record with valid license.
