The

Construction Crew Member

is a critical part of the team and reports directly to the Construction Crew Leader. This role supports the team and company goals by assisting with a variety of landscape construction tasks as needed to ensure high-quality project execution.

Duties and Responsibilities

Installation and maintenance of plants, trees, shrubs, turf, and irrigation systems.

Hardscape installation (patios, retaining walls, walkways).

Seasonal tasks (mulching, leaf removal, snow/ice management).

Routine equipment inspections, light maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.

Proficient operation of lawn mowing and other landscape machinery.

Follow all safety policies and best practices to ensure a safe work environment.

Perform other activities as assigned to support the team and company goals.

Qualifications

Experience Level:

Entry‑level candidates are welcome; prior landscaping or maintenance experience is a plus.

Ability to interact professionally with customers, team members, and external partners.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Work Environment:

Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

Reliable transportation to the Hendersonville location (transportation to job sites is provided).

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to complete an I‑9 Employment Eligibility Verification form.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to endure long periods of standing or walking and extended periods of bending, stooping, and lifting.

Ability to lift 15–50 lbs. frequently and up to 90 lbs. occasionally.
