Job Description
We are looking for a Solid Works Drafter to work with our team of welders & fabricators to design metal structures/products & convert designs into technical plans/drawings.
Responsibilities
Gather drawings and specifications, calculate material and equipment requirements, and set up production methods.
Work with others to design products and structures that meet our needs.
Familiar with 3D modeling tools.
Calculate dimensions, weight limitations & requirements in materials.
Describe production methods step-by-step.
Create detailed designs with computer-aided design software.
Design diagrams, maps and layouts to illustrate workflow.
Prepare and review rough sketches and review them with the fabrication manager.
Proven work and/or classroom experience with computer-aided design (AutoCAD &/or SOLIDWORKS) software.
Running Plasma Table.
Designing parts.
Collaborate with customers.
Build and design materials.
Job Types Full-time
Salary $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
