Johnson & Johnson, a global leader in healthcare innovation, is seeking a Sales Representative in Neuroscience with a passion for patients and a drive to deliver results. This position is located in Evansville, Indiana, United States in the Pharmaceutical Sales function.

Job Responsibilities

Drive sales performance, exceeding forecasts within assigned territory by engaging Primary Care HCP offices and PC targets both in-person and virtually.

Develop superior product and disease state knowledge, educate and engage healthcare professionals in dialogue about clinical evidence, approved indications, and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing.

Use assigned budgets to achieve territory objectives, customizing discussions and client interactions based on customer needs in a compliant and ethical manner.

Function independently with sales proficiency to drive performance and ensure sales forecasts and budgets meet or exceed expectations.

Maintain understanding of local market, practice structures, evolving customers, and key influencers, sharing information with internal stakeholders.

Provide input into resource allocation decisions across customers/region and select appropriate programs/resources for each customer, practice, or system.

Provide special education to healthcare providers within ITCI’s ethical guidelines.

Collaborate with District Manager and key stakeholders to develop a local business plan ensuring achievement of all business objectives.

Accountable for timely and accurate administrative management of work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, communication responses, synchronization, sample and expense reporting.

Complete all company and job-related training within required timelines. Complete all job duties as documented and noted.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

At least 1 year of documented success in B2B sales; experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, and/or medical device sales preferred.

Experience in antipsychotic and/or bipolar sales is a plus.

Strong desire and passion for improving the lives of patients and caregivers; patient‑centric mindset.

High integrity and adherence to Company’s Compliance policies and procedures.

Self‑motivation, initiative, entrepreneurial mindset, strong decision‑making judgment, and excellent teamwork/cross‑functional skills.

A proven track record of adapting and learning in evolving environments, such as during Covid‑19.

Ability to work agilely within changing telemedicine/virtual environments.

Analytical skills to assess progress against objectives and diagnose performance issues.

Strong verbal, presentation, and listening skills.

Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information to diverse audiences.

Work hours may include meetings outside normal working hours; some overnight travel may be required, and periodic domestic travel to corporate headquarters or sales meetings will also be required.

Pay and Benefits Salary range: $79,000 – $130,000 annually.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑ and long‑term disability, business accident insurance, group legal insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan. Eligible employees receive paid vacation (120 hours per year), sick time (40 hours per year), holiday pay (13 days per year), work, personal and family time (up to 40 hours), parental leave (480 hours), condolence leave (30 days for immediate family), caregiver leave (10 days), volunteer leave (4 days), and military spouse time‑off (80 hours).
